The basic dimensions of our Standard Modular Panelized House are measured by standard modules. Take a Sloping Roof House for example, the length and the width are measured by " K ", 1K=1820mm; the height is measured by " P ", 1P=950mm, and 1 storey is 3P in height. So, the specification of the following two-storey sloping roof building is 10K ¡Á 4K ¡Á 6P.For Flat Roof House, the length and width are measured by " T ", while the height is measured by " H ". 1T=1150mm, 1H=1000mm.
3. Area Calculation
The area of a standard modular house is calculated by the following rule:
A. Area of house = Exterior Wall Length ¡Á Exterior Wall Width ¡Á Storey Amount
B. Area of a standard staircase is 4.5 sq.m,
C. Area of awning is half of its projective area on level surface
D. Area of gallery is its projective area on level surface
E. Total Area = A + B + C + D
Take the above house for example:
A = (10k + 160)¡Á(4k + 160) ¡Á2 = (10 ¡Á1820 + 160) ¡Á(4¡Á1820 + 160) = 164.8704 sq.m
B = 4.5 ¡Á2 = 9 sq.m
C = 1000 ¡Á11080 ¡Â 2 = 5.54 sq.m
D = 1000 ¡Á11080 = 11.08 sq.m
Total Area =
A + B + C + D = 190.49 sq.m
Note: the area of a Flat Roof House is also calculated by this rule.
